Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.
Last updated 17 September 2026. These terms apply to every booking with Licona’s Auto Detailing. By booking, paying a deposit, or allowing us to begin work, you agree to them.
1. What you are booking
Licona’s Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing in Orlando and Central Florida. Most services are performed at your location. Ceramic coating and paint correction are usually performed at our Orlando shop, because those products need controlled conditions to cure correctly. We will tell you which applies before your appointment.
Prices quoted are for the vehicle and condition described when you book. If the vehicle is significantly different on arrival, for example heavier soiling, pet hair, biological contamination, or a larger vehicle class than booked, we will tell you the revised price before starting. You are free to decline at that point and only the deposit terms in section 3 apply.
2. Appointments and access
For a mobile appointment you agree to provide a safe, legal place to park the vehicle for the duration of the service, and access to the vehicle at the agreed time. We bring our own filtered water and equipment.
If we arrive and the vehicle is not accessible, not present, or cannot be worked on safely, that is treated as a same-day cancellation under section 3.
If you choose to leave the vehicle unattended or leave keys for us, you do so at your own election. Please remove all personal valuables before the appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
3. Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling
A booking deposit of $25 holds your appointment. It is applied in full to the balance of your service.
- Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice: the deposit is refunded in full, or moved to your new date, whichever you prefer.
- Cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or no show, or the vehicle is not accessible on arrival: the deposit is retained to cover the reserved time and travel.
- If we cancel or reschedule for any reason, including weather: the deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new date, your choice.
Florida weather can make exterior work unsafe or ineffective. If we judge conditions unsuitable we will contact you to reschedule at no cost to you.
4. Vehicle condition and photographs
We photograph every vehicle before work begins and after work is completed. These photographs record the condition of the vehicle at both points and form part of our service record. By booking you consent to these photographs being taken and retained for our records.
Detailing improves the condition of paint, trim and interior surfaces. It does not repair pre-existing damage. Rock chips, dents, deep scratches through the clear coat, failing clear coat, cracked trim, worn or torn upholstery, stains that have permanently dyed a fabric, and odours absorbed into structural foam may be improved but cannot always be removed. Where we can see a limit in advance we will tell you before starting.
5. Payment
The balance is due on completion of the service, before we leave the location. We accept card, cash, Zelle, Venmo and CashApp. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your card statement will show a charge from Licona’s Auto Detailing.
6. If you are not satisfied
Tell us before we leave, or within 48 hours of completion, and send a photograph of the area you are unhappy with.
Our remedy is to return and correct the work at no additional charge. This is the first and primary remedy, and in our experience it resolves almost everything. We would always rather fix it than argue about it.
If we return and the issue is something detailing cannot correct, for example pre-existing damage described in section 4, we will show you and explain why.
7. Refunds
Detailing is a service performed on your vehicle. Once the work is done it cannot be returned, so completed services are not automatically refundable.
Where a service has been performed and you are dissatisfied, section 6 applies first. If we are unable to correct the issue after a re-service, we will discuss a partial or full refund on a case by case basis, in good faith, and in writing.
Deposits are handled under section 3.
8. Payment disputes
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at (407) 796-1256. We answer the phone and we will work it out with you directly.
Raising a dispute with your bank before speaking to us does not get you a faster resolution and removes our ability to simply fix the problem. We retain booking records, appointment confirmations, before and after photographs, and completion records for every job, and we provide them when a dispute is raised.
9. Scheduling communications
By booking you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your appointment, including confirmations, arrival updates and follow up on the completed work.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you book, shown at the top.
Questions
Call or text (407) 796-1256. We would rather answer a question before the appointment than sort out a misunderstanding afterwards.
